项目背景 Background

L公寓是一个90后网络主播的居所，90后男主与潮妈（一位紧追潮流与时尚的妈妈）居住。该公寓位于汕头东海岸，坐拥一线江景与海景，简单的家庭结构与得天独厚的自然条件给项目的设计工作开展一个具备定制化的基础。L Apartment is the home of a post-90s online streamer and his trendy mother. Located on the east coast of Shantou City, it embraces the beautiful view of river and sea. The simple composition of occupants and the favorable natural conditions of the site provided a good basis for creating bespoke interior designs.

在城市中营造一种自然与和谐放松的状态，这是对豪宅的重新审判，空间中人是主体，特别是在家居空间。我希望空间是自私的，传达一种自我的性格。AD ARCHITECTURE hoped to endow the apartment with a natural, harmonious and relaxing living atmosphere. People are usually the protagonist of space, and this is especially true for dwelling space. However, as approaching the project, the chief designer Xie Peihe hoped to express the character of the space itself as well.

自由实用主义 Freedom & Pragmatism

在居住空间通常讲究实用性，在特殊的条件下，引发了我们对于实用性的一次思考，最大化的分割更多的功能空间与收纳空间是在大环境下人们对实用性的理解。而恰恰相反，对于一个只有两个人的空间，如何让空间的每一个频率都有高使用率是我们对实用性的理解，让家里的每一个平方米都发挥作用。Living spaces usually emphasize practicality, and many people think that practicality is about configuring as many functional and storage spaces as possible. For this apartment with merely 2 occupants, AD ARCHITURE regarded practicality as a high frequency of use of every square meter of the space.

通常衣帽间都是与房间为一个体系，属于一个私密空间。在本案中，客厅电视墙与背后的衣柜结合用建筑体块的方式与天花进行分离，增强了空间的层次又具备实用性。In general homes, the walk-in closet is relatively private and is integrated with the bedroom into a whole. However, this project breaks with the convention. The wardrobe is set behind the TV backdrop wall which is separated from the ceiling, together enriching the layering of the space via architectural languages and forming a pragmatic functional area.

这也是艾克建筑首次提出中央衣帽间与实践，将一个原本私密的空间释放出来让所有家人一起分享同时产生了自由有趣的空间状态，这是我们在家居空间中对自由平面的实践。In this way, AD ARCHITECTURE created a central walk-in closet, which can be shared by the family members and also adds freedom and playfulness to the overall space. This design is an innovative exploration of the layout of residences.

业主以自己的生活为中心，所以没有客房，没有公卫的设计也因此而变得合理，我希望我们的功能是有价值的，简约是有价值的。Considering the client lives by himself most of the time, so no guestroom and public bathroom were designed in this apartment. The designers hoped that functions in the space are valuable and truly match the occupants' demands. The spatial design is simplistic but rational and valuable.

没有客厅的定义，更多的对居者生活状态的表达，慵懒的在沙发上看电视，转身随手拿起一本书阅读，对着大落地玻璃的江景发呆，看手机。In this apartment, there is no defined living room. The spatial design is more like the expression of the occupants' living state — lazily watching TV on the sofa, grabbing a book to read, standing beside the large French window to starring at the outdoor waterscape, or looking at the phone.

没有餐台的定义，将中岛操作台与用餐功能进行融合，是餐台，是水吧，是咖啡吧，更多的是对生活状态的表达，也让一日三餐的餐台使用率大大的提高。卧室通过中央衣帽区过渡，自然舒适，房间的尺度感在整体的环境中相对紧凑，让人更有安全感与亲切感，舒适与安静。The island integrates the functions of countertop and dining table, and can also be a bar counter. It conveys different living states and has a high frequency of use. The bedrooms are set near the central walk-in closet, featuring a natural, cozy ambience. The relatively compact scale of the rooms gives the dwellers a sense of security, and creates a warm, comfortable and tranquil atmosphere.

自然与体验 Natural Textures & Experiences材料以柔和为目的，整体以米白色的艺术漆与微水泥地面搭配小面积的木质感，干净自然的同时传达了材料本身一点点温度，脚底与微水泥的自然质感进行接触，自然平和。卧室的实木质感的木地板，让整体的睡眠空间更加温暖细腻。The materials are mainly characterized by soft hues and textures. The beige paint, micro-cement flooring and wood are combined, generating clean, natural visual effects while also conveying the warmth of materials. When the feet touch the micro-cement flooring, the occupants can feel the natural textures and peacefulness. The floor of the bedrooms is covered with wooden boards, which inject warmth to the sleeping space.
